3rd Class Quest reward not given

3rd Class Q reward not given
Aden NPC "Grand Master Oltran" Delf Guild
While I was finishing the Q for 3rd class "Shillien Saint" allthouth I did make it 3rd class the reward "Paulina's equipment set (S-grade)" was not given due to luck of inventory space!!
From my understanting the whole Quest process should not be possible to continue because of the inventory limitation. But since it went through the class change why did I not get also rewaded??
Once I made room into my inventory and went back to the NPC, allthough the reward shows on top of the NPC (as a pouch) I still cannot access the reward cause now I am not of the correct 2nd class!!
Unfortunatelly I did not take any screenshots at that time because I thought that a restart of the character after making some room into the inventory would have solved the problem (not showing up inside the inventory).
Screenshots will be posted if and when a game supervisor ask me for.
