what does wipe mean once again ? why close threads?

i still don't know what wipe mean.

why did the moderator close this https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=506 thread without giving us proper response / explanation ??? aren't the forums made for discussions ? what the point in closing threads.
dear kall if you don't know how to handle trolling and flaming on the forum then please change your occupation because you don't do any good.


i have concerns about this moderators actions on this forum.
can community manager / head moderator review this please?

live server=play there forever. he meant that while this server will be wiped, there will be none in the new one.
tricky english the mod uses

 

they will wipe the current server which the only purpsose of that is to test the settings for the new server which is yet to come so when the first real server goes live they will wipe pts and we will play in the new one from 1 without a wipe
(wipe means that they will delete all of the current test database )

well honestly he stated that he dont know what a wipe is... so saying there will be no wipe means nothing to him probably. :d

there are answer to your question and also it's duble topic about wipe. there is official news about wipe, so there is no more to discuss.

 

lold ok ill tell you since the mods seems incapable of understanding your question:

wipe means removal of said things, item wipe = removal of items and char wipe means removal of chars for example.
so to conclude what was said it means this pts will get closed (i guess) and the new 1x server that starts the 7th will never get wiped.

 

superstar didnt understand what the word wipe means..
