Impossible to initiate l2!!!!

hello, i have problems to make to walk l2 in the portable one, accede to the page 4game, give him to begin, in my office there goes out a box of l2 but it does not initiate the game..excuse if i do not explain well, i am spanish and use translator to communicate with you
