Can't select server

this is my first time playing l2 eu server. i used to play l2 but different server (my home country server before i moved to uk). i already uninstalled the client of the old server before download l2 4game server. everything worked fine during the installation, no sign of problem at all. however, after open the game and see "user agreement" page, there were no texts but i clicked "agree" then the select server screen appears. i can see 2 servers "core" and "aria" but i can't connect to any of them. when i choose the server and click ok, nothing happen. fyi i play the game in university accommodation (in the uk), but i can play other online games normally. does this mean my university blocked me from playing l2????

 

hello! check that your antivirus/firewall dont block any file related with l2.
