Kirklan NPC

im looking for kirklan npc which can exchange crystals for seed of anihilation. where is it?

 

center of keucereus alliance base on gracia

 

dunno if its a trick question or not but it should be at alliance base down floor next to a fountain

 

last time i saw him

 

kirklan is there but i cant find this:



edit: nevermind we can use hermuncus’s servants(in shuttgart there is one) to go soa

those have been moved from center to side platforms on lower level of keucereus alliance base and one is on top just where "flying ship" arrives.
