Why i play over usa

hi all !!!

I have problems with the game since the support told me I should use the tool WinMTR-v092 to test.
Which I have also done and I noticed that certain servers are in the US
look at this picture

My question is now why is it so.

 

Weird, innova's servers are in Luxemburg

 

I think its pretty obvious no?

te0-0-0-16.agr21.fra (fra from France)
be3128.ccr42.fra03 (fra from France)
be2377.rcr21.lux (¡ux from Luxembourg)
last 2 are also from Luxembourg (149.6.66.82 / 109.105.156.11)

 

if i make whois or traceroute on the address te0-0-0-16.agr21.fra03.atlas.cogentco.com be3128.ccr42.fra03.atlas.cogentco.com be2377.rcr21.lux01.atlas.cogentco.com
this stand all in usa

 

you se it as usa because it pings till 1st station.. then another adress pings to 2nd station and so on
there is no direct cable from you to server.. because of that u have traceroute of 8 lines.. for example i have only 6
try contacting cogentco.com asking why u geting so high pings, maybe they blocking access from your direct isp cause of high ddos complaints

 

avg ping - 33ms for those "usa" servers... yep.. you play through USA..
/sarcasm off.

 

cogentco.com are not in USA. This is backbone network of your provider and they hide their network somehow.
If those were in USA you would have much higher ping
