Just saw that someone created the toon with that name on Ramona. Please take note it's not me, so don't fall for any attempts of someone trying to "get" something out of you. I am not playing on Ramona, nothing to do with the guy that did this.

I have the strange feeling that our amazing top performers from the IT team simply messed up the data base and you cannot create toon with name that already exists on Core.
Just imo.

 

Nope, i just tried a couple of other names that i have on Core and they worked fine.
