Other "the instruction at 0x00000 referenced memory at 0x00000. the memory could not be read"

When I run the game, all is ok until I select the server and try to enter to the character's window. When I select server, the game is closed and I receive the next message: "The instruction at 0x7710294f referenced memory at 0xfec8ada1. The memory could not be read".
I deleted the game and 4game app and full reinstaled it two times, checked the RAM (and is all ok), checked permissions for the game and 4game app and is all ok, antivirus/malware, etc. And I don't know what more to do. Thanks in advance.
