Yep. Its only for lady luck trigger but I wont say that there is no affect - it is because you have another 20% chance for succesfull enchant

 

Well , that's true it's not really added in your enchant rate , but still its 20 % , its important

Does it mean that we add the 20% chance of lady luck on every attempt? For example: if +3->+4 is a 50% chance, with luck we add 20%, so it would be 70% on that attempt? Or is it compound on the 50% base? which means 50 + (50*0.20)=60%.

How up to date is this?

Lady luck chance is separate from enchant chance, but its trigger makes enchant 100%. I think it you have to look at it this way, i.e. you have 20% for lady luck, which means 100% success, then 80% (no lady luck) you have 50/50, so in theory it should be 60%.
