No need only live in UK and have average work 75k£ /year in office boriing all day and finish after tea time .Have 3 house with income 4k£/month from rent house in 75% pay morgage and 30 years on head and you have every year 48k£ (total from one home ) in 3 homes 120k or more plus 75k£ give 200k£ per year .Stockbrooker get 200k£ min per year average IT specialist in Uk get 75k£ easy .And still you don't have to care about anything That mean you can spend easy 10k £ ~ 12k euro per year and still you don't fill this in your pocket
