crit errors

hello. my friend get this crit error very often. and no idea how to fix it..
here is what he get after crash

 

2nd part of that crash actually tells whats wrong (the part that u need to scroll down for)

 

so i will tell him to wait for another crash

 

this kind of crash occurs only in 2 situations
1: hardware issue (can be caused by his top notch graphics card (after alt tabbing)
2: system/systextures files corrupted (can happen when some mob spawn, sm1 runs by with some appearance which files is corupted, after teleports and etc)
put 2nd part of crash will be easy fix

 

y i know this. it can be probably both things... cuz he have 100500+ clients from different privates, and his pc is from fred flinstone hardware store will update post later with more info.

 

He could run out of memory also.

 

the error shows that there is still memory left

 

And 48 Mb of video memory only.

But you probably right anyway.

 

to start new window maybe not, but he already had some alocated to that window so thats not an issue, and 450 free ram is also enough to run window

 

Here the crash we have. CMEC or Anyone else recognize it? any solution?

 

alt+tabing and window moving (caused by lack of video/RAM memory)
also try to delete whole system and redownload it (maybe gonna help but not sure about it (can be damaged uengine)

also Control Panel->System->Advanced->Performance->Settings->Advanced->Virtual memory to increase available "cash" memory

 

thnx i will try all of them. only alt +tabing i didnt understand . its the problem or a solution ?

 

its the cause, switching windows takes some memory to keep 1 and to refresh another window.. some ppl get "not responding" window, some get crash
for example main window (thats on top) takes 1gb of ram, and others take 500, and if u dont have 500 extra to switch windows while the 1gb gets freed process is stalled a bit to reallocate memory from 1 window to another, and it can simply crash if process too slow

 

i tried all of that you suggest but crash still appear. i checked memory also . system didnt found any problem. i crash with one client also.

Dxdiag log could be helpful.

How many windows do he run?

 

ok some updates... today my friend again got 4x of those

 

not enough video memory, play less windows
also use "optimize performance" in option window in game
use lower details and etc..

 

I fixed my crash report . it was MSXML package missing from my windows.
