not able to reset subclass (kamael)

hi,

i am enjoying my subclasses, and i want to reset one of them, to have some fun on lvl40-60 again. but i am unable to reset my doombringer.

this is my setup:

main: 85+ yul archer (kamael (f) trickster)
sub: 80 doombringer
sub: 75 soul breaker (m)
sub: 75 inspector

i can reset my soul breaker , and reselect soul breaker.
i can reset my inspector , and reselect inspector.
but i cannot reset my doombringer

any ideas what is going on?
it seems like a bug, at least i do not understand the limitation.

(i have not started my dual class yet)

 

may be you already do dualclass quest on doombringer?

can you make screenshot of you character window?

is there a way that i can see if somehow-magically the dualclass quest or thingy is active?

 

i thought i had checked that i could reset my doombringer when i started my 3rd sub, but now i got to 80 its seems its gone after i selected the subclass certificate of lvl80 on my doombringer

 

i don't see any errors you get all possible subclasses, you don't need to reset it. why do you want to do so?

 

i am going to level my soul breaker to 80+ dualclass; keep my inspector around 80 and i want a lowbie for fun. the best lowbie (i think) is the doombringer.

 

so still confused about not able to reset my doombringer

 

spent 10mil on resetting my subclass skills .... that didn't help....

i have contacted 4game support. they replied me in a mail. however their mail system is down so the reply i sent is bounced .

i leveld my 2nd sub to lvl80. and now i cannot reset him too. i also made him (soul breaker) dual class after checking it.
so it has to do with the level cap at 80 that makes it impossible to reset your subclass.

if it were possible for gms to de-level my doombringer to 79, then i would be able to reset him again, i think. that would be a solution for me.

 

or reset my doombringer to 40 if you'd like

 

unable to reset subclass (part 2)

this is a follow-up on my earlier experience with kamaels and subclass bug,

this bug has been dismissed as "à¯ntentional game-design". (on which i disagree)

so i created a new kamael and leveld up to lvl 80 on main and all subclasses.
now i can choose to switch all 3 of my subclasses, however when i try to switch it mentions that i have too much weight or 80% items in my inventory. i have removed all the items in my inventory and my equipment, and that has no effect.
switching/resetting is impossible for all 3 of my subclasses. it always mentions 80% weight limit.

i have tested the same thing with other chars. this bug is related to kamaels only, all other character classes can reroll/switch subclasses whenever they want.

clearly this is not "intentional game-design".
could you please address the issue?

you were advised to write a ticket to support, what was the result of that?

 

they mentioned it is by design that the game works like that and left it at that. (in post #13 i re-ask to re-investigate)

when you have 3 subclasses on your kamael, you cannot reset any of them anymore, if you have 2 there is no problem.

perhaps relay it to ncsoft? (since it is clearly not intentional game design and a kamael-only bug)

if you have the time and gmpowers, you can make a kamael and see for yourself
