Compensation for the server issues on November 9

Dear players,
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by the network issues when the website and sometimes the game were unavailable.

All players who logged in within period 0:00 CET 09.Nov - 23:59 10.Nov will receive the following compensation:

• If you had PA during the period: 2 days of PA
• If you didn't have PA during the period: 1 day of PA
  
  Also, accounts that were active during the issue time will receive x5 of the following item in their warehouses for each character on the account::
  
  
  
  All of the above will be added on Wednesday, November 15, during our weekly maintenance.
