Impossible to update game

After the maintenance and pressing Update button, update is 0% for 1h, "preparing" all time. Any solution?

Post result of process diagnostics here from ckeck4game utility (http://www.check4game.com/lineage2.en.html). Place utility in game folder, run as Administrator, run process diagnostics, copy result as text without any truncations.

Avast Behavior Shield could interfere. Reinstall Avast but be sure you unchecked Avast Behavior Shield from been installed.
