Taking that into account, the only possibilities where a two-week event is both in October and November (assuming maintenances on Tuesdays or Wednesdays only) are: 23.10 - 6.11 24.10 - 7.11 30.10 - 13.11 31.10 - 14.11 That applies only if there are no unannounced changes to the schedule.
