ofc in the middle of August when most normal people are in vacations, so only a small bunch of people can benefit from it
with those events you always not happy.. if it will be started in start of september - school university and other stuff.. in winter, lets say december, xmas and other stuff, what else.. in may, exams and some stuff... if you want play you always have time for that 2-3hours, i didn't saw problem with that. but if you looking for excuses, well, even bad weather can be problem because your wifi signal is too low and you get dc every 5 mins.
ur Answer is obviously "not smart", with shool/study/work people still find a few hours per day to play, while when they on vacation = 0
