Be ready for another full fun l2store festival XD As on KR artifact can be obrained wothout l2store, we as european should be prepeard for wallet fight here.
In Korea there are only basic artifacts obtained without L2Store (sold at NPC Alexandria in Luxury Shop). More advanced artifacts are obtained from L2Store promos. Here's one.
Why would the NPC which handles the basic artifacts be removed from the game then? Obviously because the shop has already been added to that NPC but the artifacts are not introduced on Core yet.
Lets see the implementation before we judge? Ofcourse its going to be linked to store. But hey we get more and more things that are also farmable ingame.
