I agree that they can ask to change something within a range. As far as I understand, and I may be wrong here, part of L2Store income goes directly to Korea, not just monthly payments. Therefore whatever modifications are allowed by Korea, they will for sure not hurt Korea's wallet, because NCSoft simply won't agree.

EDIT: Also Innova has the rights to PUBLISH the game, not DEVELOP it, so every line of code that Innova wants has to be written at NCSoft, if NCSoft agrees

 

At the end of the day it does matter for the "unhappy few".
For them, Lineage 2 is the best game ever made (by NCSoft) and its all INNOVA's fault that things are this way.

But hey, the positive side of things is that at the moment no one is blaming Fragola.

 

Then we go to the same thing as before. That they have cut any form of obtaining adena through any other form than L2store is solely and exclusively from Innova. That there is no fishing here is a thing of Innova that are the rates of drop ridiculous is something of Innova that the price of the L2store is so high is something of Innova. Ncsoft puts the rules but it could be the game exactly like yours in korea and we would have a lot more things. But if they have removed ways for players to advance without paying ....

 

Friendly reminder that at their home servers they do have to pay in order to advance. From 85 and onwards its almost a subscription game.
(and yet, better than what we have imo)

 

There was a lot of fishing here until KOREA decided to nerf it by halving the elcyum reward, which was done both here and on NCWest servers, and afaik in any other version (KR, JP).

Rates of drop are decided in Korea and this is something that they almost never change when Innova asks them.

I don't know how prices of L2Store are decided but I'm sure (please correct me if I'm wrong) that each L2Store event has to generate enough money for KR.

 

At the end of the day the problem of the complainers is the following:
The game is pay to win. It has been for a good minute. (Nothing new here or is it?)
The problem is that people want it to be a pay to win game that they can afford. (This is where all the complaining and all the salt is coming from)
It all comes down to each players tolerance level when it comes to that P2W factor.
And since NCSoft is exploiting the hell of that P2W you, the (complainer/unhappy) player, not only are almost powerless to fight against it but are a "bit" hypocritical. (!!!if you were happy with a P2W system that did fit you, but no longer does)

 

Who cares where money is going, it doesn't concern you.
Things are clear.
Market research was done and conclusion is that everyone involved will profit the most if they run the game way they run it.
Remember, for us this is a form of entertainment and for them it's just a business.

Everything aside, lootboxes and other gambling systems should be regulated.

You're right were the €50 less fruitful that I use in a (MMO) maybe next time I use that in Tarot
