I can not log into game

    Hello,

    I can not log into game.
    I press play button, the image of game appears, frost starts, then for 1 second game appears then it stops.I have no error, just the game stops.I tryed all solutions from forum and nothing worked.I have windows 10.
    Can You please help me?

    Do you have Kaspersky antivirus of 19 version installed? If yes try the 18 one.

    I do not have any antivirus, just firewall from windows.
