Account not found

After update whenever I try login (both 4game app and website) says my accounts (all) does not exist.

I log in using email.

Solution?

1 account logged in. 3 still does not exist. Mail confirmation required for each website and application again?!

 

Same happens to me, some accounts i even have trouble to get to the Emails ... why we keep need those dumb updates rly

 

Support does not work after hours i guess...

 

I have not used 4game app before and all accounts registered long ago.

Only 1 account out of 4 I can log into the rest says the account does not exist.

I tried going both through app and website same result.

When I do recovery I get the sms but nothing happens. It seems they cant sync properly account information...

 

Well i dont think that your accounts just dissapear from database so try doing common things like
- Reinstall app
- Forget all saved pass in app
- Clear cache/history other stuff on google chrome/IE/FF dunno - new launcher is based on one of those browsers
