Easiest way to make adena without cashing in is through trades. Do a market research. Leveling shouldn't be that hard with pa and rune until 105 I guess. If you don't have a cp I can suggest doing factions all the time as puller. Even if you can't take the quest or if you already finished the quest just join the parties and you will get some xp. Plus you will get tired less if you do leveling through factions because you will be able to make breaks after every round since pulling live is extremely fatiguing. You can also try to do some macro xp if you have box iss.
seems simpler to reroll as titan/horse driver in this case u have chances to get party. if u don't wanna to be in party as "any class/any gear - come baylor" leather set u can save. the only u need - get some adena and buy ench. shadow retri/OE apoc staff 10++
