    Go on the launcher icon bottom right, right click on it and hit lineage 2 EU.

    Fixed!!

    C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Temp follow this pass and delete everything that can be deleted in this folder (Temp folder).
    After that - try to open launcher once again.
