Random Craft - Can't exchange?

Weapon from random craft, and can't exchange? This is bug or what?

 

There are both exchangeable and not a grade items in RC. U just not chosen one

 

What? You mean there is exchangeable RC weapons, and not exchangeable?
And I was simply unlucky to get exchangeable?

Totally useless weapon... Any D grade item would've been better than this A gr weapon...

 

This looks like a bug.

To me the problem is always the same
We don't have a wiki in English
If we had had it, the user would have known about the possibility
that random crafting could generate a non-tradable weapon
and he wouldn't never have attempted the crafting
