you mean 101 or 103 skills? anw in my opinion 2nd healer would be better solution, or change it in to that dead archer spot..

 

u use 2 iss minimum for 2x archery. 3rd iss is PoM for us. 2nd healer considerable but need very stacked healers to make a difference and it's dagger main, not archer. So pom is very important
Also next update Archery has double duration, so you can remove 1 sws for 1 healer instead.
