Bug or path notes fail?

This weak i buy one rapier A +10 for my destroyer, now this weapon is impossible to equip, anyone know if this is correct?

 

Weird, i can see mages and PPs with rapier around.

 

Yeah, that why i don't know if this is correct or one bug, Titan don't have how equip rapiers now.

 

Why would you equip a stiletto anyway? It's not worth on a titan. Even if you think of going frenzy+zealot+rapier it makes no sense.

 

**** idea to have rapier on a titan lol...

 

OL wasn't able to equip rapier since the start of essence f.e.

 

I've also tried with OL, didn't work. After I used it for charging random craft.
