the code STAYHOMEPLAYL2 in the launcher

Where do I claim these gifts in the game?

could you explain to me please ...

 

go to your launcher and click your account name
on the left side you should see code click it
on the right side enter the code
upon launch of the game you should see a gift icon on your screen click it
it will say go to town assistant to claim your item
go to the game assistant in your town. the one in aden is near the warehouse npc
one you approach the game assistant it will open a window
on the window click on claim code
it will give you a window with a list of items you can claim... profit

 

Don't need to go to town. U have game assistant just under craft points spot if i remember correctly or under special hunting zone.

 

And the new Homebody Kit? How we receive it?

 

On launcher click account then gift. On game click gift then game assistant then gift codes.

Launcher - > Codes - > STAYHOMEPLAYL2 (you have to confirm it twice), then in-game click on Game Assistant - > Use Gift Codes.

 

that code is expired already, but i got that gift called '''Homebody Kit' by playing game, after i click ''use gift codes'' a window with those gifts open up, but clicking on receive doesnt do anything

here on forum in news section it says *The present is available to receive untill 10.04.2020*, its two hours after midnight but it didnt work yesterday neither

 

You have full inventory or you are in combat mode.

 

i have around 25 free slots in the inventory and tried restarting the game too, tried the npc game assistant in several towns too

 

sending the bug report from the game crashes the client, what can i do?
