Hello, Is skill "Grimm Reaper Possesion" from Othell Ghost Hunter are bugged? This debuff almost never land, or if it land his duration is less than 0,5 seconds (should 5s). Its a unique skill from Ghost Hunter, but its totaly useless. Can somone chceck it?
PM in game 3yon or ask on Discord. There are a lot of confusion resistance now on player, the stun won't land a lot.
