euRo Prime, includes the rebalance. However, is the adjustment of 3rd grades implemented? I mean, when the 3rd grades come out, will they have the changes that kRo already have? as critical in some skills of RK and GX...? I would like to understand how the rebalancing of 1st and 2nd grades influences 3rd grades. Sry bad english.
Most likely no. In ruRO Prime from 4game they came without rebalance in the beginning. So, only 175/60 that's it.
