ok could u tell me what to do step by step - i will provide u with all date and here is error i get - the most interesting part is thati got a lot more ram than it shows here :/
that is the virtual memory, not ram. also this is not a disconnect issue(network related) but an application crash issue. try this: windows 7 start -> right click on computer -> properties -> advanced system settings -> settings(performance) -> advanced -> change -> uncheck first option, and set a custom size for your hard drive. let us know the current value, then try to increase it. this number depends on your hard drive space etc(more info about it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/virtual_memory) this solution has also being suggested on instruction forums, step 2: https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=864
ok thx for info when i wil lcoem back to my flat i will do it and tell u about results ... btw what number i need to write in custom ?
well that depends on your computer's ram and disk space. i was also getting the same crash, until i increased the virtual size to 20gb and haven't noticed any issues since. also, from microsoft help: "if you receive warnings that your virtual memory is low, you'll need to increase the minimum size of your paging file. windows sets the initial minimum size of the paging file equal to the amount of random access memory (ram) installed on your computer plus 300 megabytes (mb), and the maximum size equal to three times the amount of ram installed on your computer. if you see warnings at these recommended levels, then increase the minimum and maximum sizes." p.s: i moved your posts from the original topic: random lag/disconnects since your crash is not network related so we can help you with your problem better.
check what is the recommended size and add 10gb to that. then restart your computer and let me know if you the problem is fixed.
go to the virtual memory menu by following the path i showed you on previous post and you find it there:
so if i have 12 gb ram i need to put 12gb in max and min window ? or add 10 gb more like i did to make it 22 gb ? so in others drives i can put "controlled by sytem" yes ? liek i did here :
you can add as much as you like. recommended is set by windows, as i typed it is calculated like that: "windows sets the initial minimum size of the paging file equal to the amount of random access memory (ram) installed on your computer plus 300 megabytes (mb), and the maximum size equal to three times the amount of ram installed on your computer." i was still crashing with recommended settings so i added like 8gb more. yes, your other drives should be controlled by system. good luck.
no, for c: select the first option like on the first screenshot you attached on this post: https://forum.4game.com/showthread.php?t=11880&p=92401&viewfull=1#post92401 then test and see if it crashes, let us know.
its usually not good when its recommended by windows. depends what win u have. to get it right use this: virtual memory = ram memory * 2; remeber to choose good hd (its best whend its ssd) where u have enough free memory
