deleveled all the time

heve a major problem yesterday i finish night exp 30.08.2012 in 6:30+ 2 gmt i whas on lvl 98 79.88 % after that i go to sleep when i wake up my chatr whas delevelet to lvl 98 74.68 i make a tiket the supor awnser me they fix that after that i log but noting whas fixed send tiket agen no awnser till now - after thah on 31.08.2012 i go for night exp i finish the night exp around 6:35+2gmt i whas lvl 98 - 80.11% i go to sleep - log now and i am deleveled to 98-74.68% agen so i am around - 11 % for 2 day gz epick bonus event for me - from yester day when i start to make screans on my exp bar and i can prove i got deleveled the suport stop to awnser my tikets

as was already answered to you, this needs to go through support so that the staff can look into the problem ingame.

y you told me they need around 24 aur to respond but i make the tikest yesterday so for now 30 aur + and noting i am a bit scared lol

 

4 days will now no responce from the suport :/

 

that 11% to which you spent at least 20 euro for vita/maint etc. to make it is not a priority apparently, also not fixing their own /fail. from personal experience.
someone push for him to fix this problem, are you serious, 98-99 is 2 month work spending money and everything and they delevel him 11% ?!?!

 

this problem may be solved only by support stuff.
