Clan Advent

in the last days several members of my clan missed clan advent buff momentarily; sometimes it's for a few minutes other to half an hour...

and yes, the leader it's on(i'm the leader)

some of they already contact support team and have and receiv reply.

this post it's for letting you know about this issue and inform the right people

clan advend doesnt work after swithing between dual classes

you need to relog to get it back

 

same bug is on ncwest

 

sometimes i dont get that buff even when i dont switch my class. also relog dont help 100%.

 

yes seems like the clan advent buff renewing only when the certain time passes (every 10min when cl logs in) and when it upgrades to another level it shows up again.

 

my clanleader is now online for more than an hour and its still lvl 1

 

because its changed to be 1lvl with full benefits, read patch notes lol
