hi,
same for me when i turned 52 and 61, there was an announcement earlier ingame, that there is a bug. unfortunately the gms didnt say what kind of, so i was wondering too, but apparently its about the items one should get after lvl up to a new grade. im 64 and still havent got neither b nor a grade, so i guess we just have to be patient.

both: open a ticket - when this happened to me i got the items in my wh after i opened a ticket.

or simply read announcements...

unfortunately, we are now unable to add items manually, so, please, do not create tickets at support.4game.com this time. all pending rewards will be automatically sent to your w/h after the problem is resolved.

my apologies for the inconvenience.

regards,
