Are Inoova joking ?

first of all, i cant update, second i cant even log in! ( bad password or login ) when i try to recovery it says: account doesnt exist, but when i try to create a new account it says: account already exist.... omg...

 

they preffer to be talking with the ones who is already in game and left the ones who need support to enter.... this was the wrost start ever.... no comments!
