hello, my problem is that when i click play button, frost logo appears, some loading bar and then get error "failed to create game's process". i did read the bunkeris's guide. i did reinstall launcher with all c++ things, did win updates. i'm using win7 x64. ncsoft version runs just fine. any ideas?
