is there such thing?? it could just be me being blind. i got dc half way through kartia and i cannot "start" with my char. he's gray (like when u delete a char but hes not being deleted just dead on the floor...). i can log onto my account no probs but cant play with my main. my clan need some admin and i need some game time.... :/ any helpful soul out there would be nice!!! the support link is the most non user friendly thing i have ever seen....

if ur char is grey and dead on the start screen the reason is only one: it has been banned... check your email address and you will find a mail with duration of ban and motivations.
