quest intended tactic

hello, im confused about this quest.
we got the rb killed but where the hell i got those 10 items from those mobs ?

there are unique mob with long respawn on each floor of toi... you need to kill those...
maybe there are some better way, but i'm not sure...

a treasure chest

ok can be closed i found them

where u found them?

every maybe 30mins they spawn 1-3 floor and u must kill fast or they will disapear again
