Shadow step [issue?]

    hi, this morning while pvping i threw root to a dagguer and then he uses shadow step and move behind me while been in root. i dont know certainly if it's correct but when he did shadow step he still in root so he didn't use scape shackle. check it if you can

    that is not a bug, but you can wait for a gm to confirm it.

    imo shadow step should be unusable when rooted but meh, i'm not the developer here so it's just a meaningless opinion.
