hi, i'll shamelessly bump this, as i have the exact same problem: play-button, frost updater runs, the login-picture starts fading then suddenly disappears, and then nothing else happens. i'm using bitdefender, btw. on a sidenote, sometimes an application (4game-147ddc91-cc86-4a18-99cd-03237b363a24) comes up in task manager, it even claims to be running, but does nothing.
