Launch problem

and i tried the obt out yesterday worked fine and when they realesed the new update for 4 games i cant dowload that it doesnt work for me now cant play the game and nothing happens when i press now on update so dunno and the only solutions i seen for everything is re install the game which means i need to download it again..

 

well i already tried that about 10 times as showed in my 1st post.
didnt change the outcome though...
