Field of Silence/ Field of Whisper

hello all!

i wanted to ask if it is possible to fix a quest related to the areas of field of silence and field of whisper where you should be able to farm quest items from mobs and exchange them for moirai parts and rec's. in addidtion... does anyone else got this problem?! =)
i am looking forward to hearing from you.

yours,
