Problem with shotcuts

every time i try to change my shotcuts they got duplicate, keeping the default one. i dont want to keep the default because when i try to write @ or # i spam skills alt+2 and alt+3. one time i make that the default one disapear but after relog it was added witht he ones that i set up.

 

isnt there any solution for my problem? qq

i'll ask our technical team. i don't know where are save shotcuts.

ps. for # and @ you use shift+key. shift cant be assigned so this

cant be true.

it gets duplicated but you can still use the bind you set.
