GM PLEASE READ THIS !

advices concerning release.

#1. at release open two servers to prevent what happened on l2.com ncwest : horrible lags and too many players unable to move/play.
#2.finish the website !!!!
#3.add on website links to forum !!!! optional : change forum theme !
#4.provide help for the users who still can't log in : don't lose customers !
#5.add another download possibilty for the client : torrent would be excellent ! gamershell download also !
#6.provide more details about the premium accounts and shop before release!
#7.add in forum moderators for each cathegory ,and add more main sections like : suggestions / marketplace / language specific sections

#8.profit.

i agree, there should be at least 2 servers. website should be finished also.

 

you should fix your capslock key, its hurting my eyes.

 

i use caps lock with a purpose...

 

2 servers, maybe more.... if they launch only one there will be biggest fail ever. only in test server now there are a lot of people.

 

and many of them don't even play on test server and wait for live [like me]

 

i think the point #4 is the main problem, there is no communication about it from admins ...

 

admins can't fix the pcs of their users.

but they could make a post and a link to it on the main site : frequent problems and solutions.
this will cover alot of problems...but not all.every forest has it's rotten trees...

 

#5 i don't think you will get an official release on torrent. but they should make it simple and clear like on ru off.

i really liked the on site login but too many people had problems with it (although i know that half of them don't know how to install something or they have no ideea what their firewall/antivirus/securitypack is doing)

even ru players at ru servers have easy way to download client... they have full working 4game launcher.. and we have? launcher who works only via webpage with a lot of errors, bugs and so on.. look at ru launcher.. they install without any problems, they download client with any problems, they upgrading client without any problems, they play without any problems!! what the hell??

#1 & #8 i guess are the most crucial.
anyway imho there are no gm @ forum now but just few people from community management. it would be good if they could pass those standings further.

 

agree! europe is not russia!, we are carebears about everything we need working links we need easy acsses to forums we need toys and there prizes
we need 2 servers and we need to be able loot and kill mobs so fix it now!

unfortunately you are right.
look at the good part : those people will be included in your pvp kills list.[can't say pk cause system is screwed up...]
