need help

The guy specifically asked not to post links! I have the same problem. When I try to install service pack 1 I get error that prerelese version is already installed and when i try to install kb3033929 i get error saying this update is not applicable to my system. I am running windows 7 x64bit. Please give a different solution! My error can be seen here: https://imgur.com/a/qFXeQ

 

Different solution - reinstall windows to NOT PRERELEASE version, in other case you won't be able to play here

Frost didn't support pre-release versions as well as Windows 10 Insider Preview.
