"You have been disconnected from the server. Please login again."

    Hello,

    I played here years ago about two years, when 4game opened the servers.

    In these years I haven't any problem with the game, but now when I decided come back to my favourite game... I can't play!

    When I connect, after about 30 seconds the game show me a window with "You have been disconnected from the server. Please login again." and the game closes.

    I tried everything, I follow step by step this guide:

    But nothing, I also contacted with the support, and they answer me quickly saying that I must use "check4game.exe" and I send the log of this program, but when I open it the tool show me this message:

    "Check sum file (files.cinn) is wrong in folder: C:\Games\LineageII EU".

    I start feeling a little stressed, I don't know what else to try and try, I was excited to play again, but I see it totally impossible, had even saved some money to pay for a few months of premium.

    Anybody had this problem before?

    Anybody knows what is wrong?

    The support team don't answer me days ago :(

    is it problem to delete the file which gives error and make restore game?
