Error During Lanucher Start

Hi
When i press a "play" button on site i have error
I think it's a problem with Frost. In its folder I only have "frostUpdater.exe" and when I try to enable it i have this

I off my firewall and antyvirus (NOD 32). I try reinstall game 3 times, delete system folder, frost folder and repair the game but no help. I have Win 10. Please help.

it's all :/ on Frost folder i have only frostUpdater.exe and when i open this i have

 

Something is blocking Frost download, it can be a lot of things.. Try to add Frost folder into NOD exclusions.
Also it can be your internet problem, router maybe or ISP...
And what is this you know?

 

This is program "unhackme" who detects rootkits etc.. I add it 2days ago and today again but not help :/ I restart my router too and this same

 

So any ideas? :/
