They are asking the community to don't warn bot users on open media so that they have better chance of catching them. If you are personal jury and have no trust then go on, keep believing you can stop the bots without the help of gms by spamming on forum.
Personally I believe that provide more evidence beyond the traditional "report button", can help Staff, after all many places have visibly many bots that are farming for days without any effective ban. You can say: "Oh they will log out the bots, or create other char", ok, but knowing that there are people in certain places botting facilitates a surprise round, or even alert the frost of gaps in security system
My question is why r u pple focusing on bot aspect that much here?! Staff is clearly faverizing pple on server and u see only botting?! Lemme ask another important question: why pple awaiting for their tickets to be solved 10d+ while pple like bromkay has his problem solved in a matter of a DAY?! I know for a fact that he had stolen items at 6th May then we had 7,8,9th May holidays in RU (even maintenance was moved!) and yet the 10th they r having items back?!
I'm going to tell you the trick, type the bug as l2store related and it's going to be solved in 24. Still I had issue recently and it got answered in 1 day and solved in 2

Different cases require different time. Changing name isn't the same as investigating scam. According to my info, his ticket wasn't solved in 1 day. And I refuse to discuss further cases and tickets that were sent by other players. The same goes here, I won't comment on this case anymore. As to believe me or other people or spread rumors from the forum, it's up to you.
Didnt he kinda "shared" all the information of the accounts to the entire world? Its not like someone forcefully tried to log into his account using illegal methods... Its like leaving ur car behind on a parking lot with the keys still on the ignition, dunno about russian laws but if they can proof that they keys were still on the ignition at the moment of theft u got nothing to say.
