and you tried re-target him? probably after that he should appear on stairs.. and like this it looks like some client<>server glitch.
to enter helios you need to clikc twice in dialogue. And the options to clikc are "not in line" so if he missed dialogue window and put somekind of bot it should look exactly like this

what i see in this post : you made first the second video you show , we see action panel up , seems like you try to assist , but when you saw he is no targeting npc , in your banana world you think this will be nice to post and call it bot. so in resume you just show 1 char in visual bug and you dont show what he target cos that will break all your illusions

Since he lost target he is licking in ground making moovment. En will have today eazy pvp at all spots. Eternal transfered items on box in case of ban xD
