Did you try looking at the stats and decide what would be better? Difference between +10 pve retri and +12 pve retri is ~6.3% damage. Difference between sapphire lv4 and sapphire lv6 is.. ~14.3% damage. Which one do you think now is better?

You are welcome. Sapphire is the better choice, but it's going to cost you much more (potentially, if you dont happen to make it yourself without a huge investment). Weapon OE matters, but the price is scaling not proportionally to your gain. It's worth to think and get more OEd weapon once you have more of the items you need to boost yourself, so you can safely delay it for now.
