deleted 101 char after merge

hi, i opened a thread because tickets dont work or nobody care to answer or to solve problems.
that awesome merge dinnt work so good for me because i have my iss lvl 101 deleted an replaced by another iss lvl 89 from Ramona. Normaly that lvl 89 iss should replace any char lvl 85 (i had 6 chars lvl 85 all) but he was stubborn and he wanted a lvl 101 char, damn lvl 89 char!!
well i would like to have my 101 iss back and i wish to be some1 willing to solve my problem considering its almost 2 days sience i merge and i opened a ticket, maybe some1 in position to do something will see this.
