Why was the 100% for 300 artifacts option left out? this is huge blow and some ppl just dont like to gamble on 10% or less chance to get something

Every event and same story about crying ppl and complains Ultimate we have option to buy from adena/consumables - other servers dont Circlets we have option to buy from adena/consumables - other servers dont Artifacts we have option to buy from adena/consumables - other servers dont but still only complains crying etc then go to NCW and spend 2000$ for 1 radiant upgrade stone ....
Consumables mainly coming from L2 Store, coolstorybrah Incompetence dips revenue so they make the game more expensive to keep it up, which kills it in record speeds. Other servers being bad doesn't make this one good.
For 1 fragment in current prices you need to pay 140-160kk. Lets go middle of this 150kk per fragment. To gable once you need 4,5b adena to buy 30 fragments. for 300 fragments needs 45b adena - this is super high price for even 100% chances.... but at least 4b for something constant would make ppl happy and dont spread trastalking around. nsteed you make us 4,5b gable that is not even 50-50 - just look at the fraps from first post....
i can see that already who designed artifacts is full r e t a r d and have no clue about this game at all. future artifact that is not available yet 15% p.atk vs 15% m.atk how is it equal ? at least who made the brooch had some "basic" knowledge that 4x m.atk~ is 1x p.atk~
You are incorrect. 1. 300% increase in M.Atk is double the damage, so 400% increase as brooch does is more than double increase in damage. 2. Only 30/33% of P.Atk gets added to Skill Power on a Yul, unless this update changed it. Therefore these values are totally different.
